We are following two breaking news stories this morning. The first a Death Investigation in bear, delaware. We have learned that police discovered two people dead inside a home in the Waterford Mobile Home Community on the 500 block of vincent lane. This was the scene last night as dozens of investigators were there collecting evidence. Police have not released details on how or when the man and woman may have died. Also breaking, gunshots erupted in the citys point breeze section injuring three people. Police on patrol in the neighborhood heard the shooting just before 1 00 this morning. They found a 33yearold man shot in the knee and a 49yearold man shot in the legs along the 1900 block of south bonsall street. Police also say a 65yearold man who was a bystander was shot in the ankle. Investigators are trying to determine who was the intended target. A Police Review of Surveillance Video show two people running from the scene. Well have a live report coming up in the next half hour. So, the scene behind me is what people are seeing in california, all that smoke, all those flames, an area known for its relaxed upscale pace and hills covered in vineyards. Eastbound is moving a lot better than westbound at the moment. On the ramp right here from girard avenue to the schuylkill westbound weve got another disabled vehicle off to the side right here. Penndot is on the scene assisting its kind of partially blocking the onramp but traffic is getting by right now. Just look for that on the schuylkill expressway westbound right now and seeing those slow speeds westbound. This accident is causing some delays here in new jersey. We begin with breaking news here. Police say an innocent man is among the victims of a triple shooting in the point breeze neighborhood overnight. Action News Reporter Jeanette Reyes is live at south detectives with more on the search for the shooters. Jeanette. Reporter well, matt, there were Police Officers nearby on routine patrol and they happened to hear these gunshots. They were at the scene in just a matter of seconds but they werent able to spot the shooters. However, they were several cameras nearby and they were rolling at the time of the shooting. Just past 11 00 tuesday night police on patrol heard multiple gunshots nearby. In seconds they arrived to the 1900 block of south bonsall street to find two men on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds. A 33yearold shot in the knee and a 49yearold shot in both legs. They would later find a 65yearold man shot in the ankle. Eight shell casings were recovered nearby. We confirmed this morning that the last victim was simply a bystander caught in the crossfire. All three men were rushed to area hospitals and are in stable condition at this hour. We are told that the area near the scene is lined with businesses and as a result, police say they found several functioning surveillance cameras, one of which captured the entire shooting including images of the two shooters running away. You see two males running east on mifflin from the 1900 block of bonsall street, that they are believed to be the shooters. One of them is wearing all dark clothing. The other male is wearing lighter colored clothing but they were both seen running east on mifflin street from bonsall. Reporter and at this point police do not have a motive. In fact, theyre not sure whether the victims were the intended target. They are talking to neighbors as well as those victims and reviewing that surveillance camera footage. Animal welfare officials raided a property in Seaford Sussex county on sunday. They say 43 other dogs there were already dead. Charges will be filed in the case. The people of new jersey are taxed enough. We need to provide them Real Property tax relief and we need to do it now. Choices have been made by governor christie and the Lieutenant Governor every step of the way. And theyve chosen to give out tax incentives to large corporations in our state for almost for over 8 billion. All of that has come at the expense of the middle class.
