More than 100 people have been killed this year so far in the district. The citys 102nd homicide happened yesterday in northeast. Police say someone stabbed bobby ellis to death. No suspects right now. D. C. Police have more than 200 arrests in an effort to crack the down on prostitution. Nine so called johns were arrested. This crackdown program started in mid july and Officials Say theyre finding many of the men they have arrested are visiting the district from other states.
