Police say the group that was involved here could be connected to other crimes. Allegations of grade fixing in the Prince Georges County School System. Four School Board Members contacted the governor saying they had evidence to back up the allegations, they linked this directly to schoolss ceo dr. Kevin maxwell. Governor larry hogan was calling for an independent investigation, the results have been released. The audit looked at a sample group of more than 1200 students out of more than 5,000, who were identified as having late change increases after final grade entry cutoffs. There was evidence of grade changing, almost 5 did not have enough credits to graduate. Schools dont follow the grade entry procedure properly. However, report said findings do not support allegations of systemic fraud or intimidation.
