It goes into effect friday night of the papal weekend. That box is bordered by i95 38th street, south street, Spring Garden ridge and girard. Huge area. Now cars will be allowed inside this box. Theyll ab loud to move around but once inside once youve driven out you will not be allowed back until after the papal events. 25 miles of highway shut down. I95 will remain open. The schuylkill expressway eastbound from the blue route to 95 closed. 76 westbound from 95 to roosevelt extension closed. The vine street expressway closed in both directions and city avenue will be shut down in both directions from lancaster avenue to belmont in the area of Saint Charles seminary that is where the pope will be staying. Also the ben franklin bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10 00 oclock friday night the 25th until noon the following monday. Now mayor nutter is encouraging everyone to be patient and expect delays. I certainly do very very well understand that there are many many concerns. What will happen . How will it impact an individual citizen or their family . Their business . Or an employer . I get it. We all get it. Yes our daily routines will be disrupted. Sometimes in minor ways. State grand jury concluded earlier this year that kane leaked secret investigative information to a newspaper to embarrass a political though foe and lied about it. The grand jury recommended criminal charges. A judge then appointed Montgomery CountyDistrict Attorney risa ferman as a special prosecutor. A former traveling musician is facing charges after police say he tried to lure a 14yearold girl into his Atlantic City motel room. 30yearold Daniel Jurgensen played the guitar for owl city. Atlantic county prosecutors say he committed criminal sexual contact on the beach in 2013 and then he tried to lure the girl to have second with him. He could face potential penalty of five to 10 years in prison. His bail was set at 100,000. Happening right now another Movie Theater shooting this time in the nashville area.
