If you were tempted by the money, then youre part of the target for a proposed Pilot Program that would incentivize people to donate their organs. Satel is pushing the Pilot Program because not only was she in need of an Organ Donation herself before a friend stepped up donated to her, but she also feels like some people are hidinhiding behind alleged moray while other people are dying. And, um, and then on the other hand are people motivated so much to donate that they may not tell you about that disease they might have that might affect their kidney and may not be able to be detected.
