Reporter well, crews at this hour are still working to make repairs to this water main. Take a look behind me. You can see massive sink hole that we just described takes up most of the intersection. This is here at tulip and huntington streets. Well give you a live view right now from skyfox. It shows you how huge this sink hole is. Philadelphia Water Department says a 12inch leak on a water main caused this road to open and cave in. They arrived on scene and were able to shut down the road before anyone was hurt driving in the area. So that is the good news here. But, again, as you can see they are still working on repairs. Neighbors and Business Owners right at this intersection tell me they saw it all happen. I was looking over and the water was just gushing up, and another guy was with me. He called it in. There was a lot of confusion. We cant go by. Everything was closed. Youre happy to hear no one was hurt . Yeah, thats it. Theres nothing you can do. Suzanne just moved into the 2400 of body know street two months ago and tonight was the second shooting just outside her front door. But this time, her 24yearold son and 22yearold cousin were among the victims. I was upstairs with my little ones, and i heard the gunshots. I told my little one, duck down on the floor. Reporter moment later her cousin came staggering into the house bleeding. Shot four times in the stomach. It look bad. Her stomach, she was holding on to it. I can see the hole she had a hole in her stomach and she was holding oh ton it. My cousin called 911. At least nine shots were fired from two different guns. One of the shooters was in a gold mini van and the shooter was actually standing up and upper body was coming out of a sun roof and he was firing an Assault Rifle in the direction of all three victims.
