The District Attorney says that he would keep his promise not to seek the Death Penalty, that is what he originally said if dinardo had held up his end of the plea deal. Another disturbing story here man accused of kidnapping , and sexually assaulting a four yearold girl in delaware before throwing her body in the pond is asking a judge to reduce his bail. A judge ordered 24 yearold daniel santucci, junior held on 11 milliondollar cash bail he is asking for state appointed attorney. Police say he kidnaped four yearold on the 4800 block of Sugar Plum Court back in april the girl was playing outside with other children when detectives say santucci, lured her into a car.
