A relative of welch allegedly told police that in the spring of 1975 he came by to her house unexpectedly with a big duffel bag of bloody clothes that he wanted her to launder. Another relative says he helped welch burn two 60 to 70pound duffel bags that had red stains and the odor of decomposition. This is called a water watcher. The British Swim School has developed this. What it is, we give these out to schools and we hope that we give them to all the parents in all the schools. If youre around the pool barbecuing or partying or even at the pool watching your children swim, when youre wearing it, youre in charge. This is saving a lot of accidents. I have a 5yearold and a 9 yearold who have taken swim lessons but its one of those things you cant predict if they get hurt or accidentally jumped on by another child, even if they can swim, an accident can end their lives as well. The swim team has improved over the years to such degree that with the correct teaching, babies from 3 months old can start to learn not necessarily to swim. Children go into water and the automatic thing to do, the body takes new that direction. So teach them to go on tear back. We teach them the rollover.
