Reporter when officer alicia ross pulled up to 50th place northeast with her partner zachary lynch, they quickly found four women suffering from stab wounds. A 19yearold had a cut so deep it slice an artery in her arm. There was large amounts of blood there, so i knew she needed immediate attention. State delegate ariana kelly of Montgomery County was accused of indecent exposure and trespassing in connection with an incident in which police say she exposed herself at her ex husbands bethesda home.
