Yellow Umbrella planning restaurant, market at former Blue Bee Cider site in Scott's Addition

Owners Thomas and Tucker Brown confirmed they’re behind the entity that bought the Scott's Addition property in December and said they’re planning to open a restaurant and a market in the cobblestone buildings.
