That is just two percentage points more than on Monday, when Brown ordered the OHA to vaccinate 12,000 people per day by the end of the next two weeks. According to the OHA, only 5,249 people were inoculated on Thursday. Although 250,100 doses of vaccine have been delivered to sites across Oregon, only 66,920 people have been vaccinated to date.
