The country could be a step closer to seeing apartheid-era prosecutions after the ANC was pressed by the Foundation for Human Rights to renew its commitment to prosecute people for complicity in crimes against anti-apartheid activists.
ANC legal guru Krish Naidoo says law students will assist in the private prosecution of those who escaped retribution from the atrocities committed on orders of the apartheid regime.
Radio Islam spoke to Krish Naidoo regarding these cases.

The move came about after the ANC was pressed by the Foundation for Human Rights (FHR), led by former Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) commissioner Yasmin Sooka, to renew its commitment to prosecuting crimes in which many anti-apartheid activists were murdered, tortured or maimed.
