A leader of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) made a visit on Thursday to a tribute to victims of violence against protesters in Colombia.
The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) ended its official visit to Colombia on Thursday, during which it reviewed numerous reports of police and civilian violence during anti-government protests that have left dozens dead and missing, as well as thousands injured.
Gustavo Angulo Arboleda, also known as "Cherry", confessed to abducting and killing of two journalists and their driver on the border between Ecuador and Colombia.
