Secretary of Commerce Mike Preston on Thursday announced Mark Conine as the new president of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, a division of the state Department of Commerce.
Conine most recently worked as chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration at ADFA. He replaces Bryan Scoggins, who was president since August 2019 but has retired. Mark is the ideal choice to lead ADFA, Preston said. He brings a wealth of experience in the financial industry and knows the ins and outs of ADFA.
