Thursday, President Biden took a victory lap in Georgia after his unofficial State of the Union address to celebrate his first 100 days in office.
But going to Georgia is an odd choice for Biden. He has condemned the state for returning to the days of Jim Crow. He supported punishing Georgia with boycotts. Yet the first place he goes after his big address to the nation is Georgia?
Once again, the visual of his rally was just like the bad optics from his speech before Congress. It was as if weâre stuck in April of 2020, not April of 2021. Many at the drive-in rally stayed in their cars.

How do you fight racism in farming? A group behind a lawsuit has an idea of how you
don’t.
As covered by RedState’s Mike Miller last month, amid a COVID relief bill signed by President Biden, Congress included the allocation of “billions of dollars in debt relief and other assistance” to farmers who aren’t white.
At the time, Tennessee farmer Kelly Griggs who runs an 1,800-acre business in Humboldt was quoted thusly:
“Just because you’re a certain color, you don’t have to pay back money? I don’t care if you’re purple, black, yellow, white, gray, if you borrow money, you have to pay it back.”
Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District for the Northern District of Texas Fort Worth Division against Agriculture Secretary Vilsack, charging that aid to socially disadvantaged farmers excluding whites is unconstitutional.
Miller, who is also a farmer and rancher who resides in Erath County, Texas, has filed the suit in his capacity as a private citizen and not on behalf of the state of Texas, the suit says. Vilsack is sued in his public role.
The America First Legal Foundation announced the suit. It is led by Stephen Miller, an aide to President Donald Trump. Miller is known for his opposition to immigration.
Sid Miller, the Republican Texas Agriculture Commissioner filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration last Monday for discrimination against white farmers.
According to Miller â who is represented by the America First Legal Foundation â the presidentâs Agricultural Departmentâs racial exclusion of whites in their Coronavirus relief package for farmers and ranchers goes in violation of the United States Constitution and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as per Courthouse News Service.
The report outlined the following:
âThe lawsuit says the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan passed by Congress last month includes provisions for the forgiveness of loans to âsocially disadvantagedâ farmers or ranchers of up to 120% of the value of the loan. It claims other federal laws limit help for white farmers and ranchers, including the Agriculture Department being required to give preference to grant applications filed by âsocially disa
Photo credit: Iowa Corn With Texas agriculture commissioner Sid Miller as the plaintiff, a Trump-aligned legal group on Tuesday challenged the $4 billion debt-relief plan approved by Congress for Black and minority farmers, saying it was unconstitutional. “Americans of all races and ethnicities must have the opportunity to receive” USDA loan forgiveness, said America First Legal Foundation in announcing the suit. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Fort Worth, says U.S. history is filled with discrimination against white immigrants based on their countries of origin or religious beliefs, so white farmers should qualify for debt relief although they were not included in the legislation. Aid was directed to socially disadvantaged farmers, defined as Black, Hispanic, Native American and other minority farmers.
