According to a survey of more than seven-thousand people between 9 and 24 years old, 48 percent said their school life last year was negatively affected by the virus.
In particular, school life satisfaction rates for elementary, middle and high school students last year dropped to 83 percent, down 5.3 percentage points from 2017.
Also, academic stress levels have increased for most students, and this is especially high for those 13 and older.
In terms of personal ties, more than 26 percent said their bond with friends has weakened, while 22 percent said their relationship with their family had strengthened.
