Compensation
Compensation range for this position is $19.96 to $22.60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Existing knowledge of and expertise with a subset of the capabilities of online customer self-service
• Ability to maintain established relationships necessary to influence future delivery and roadmaps, and to communicate concepts to stakeholders to influence decision making and buy-in
• Ability to think strategically, properly prioritize work to ensure the best business result(s), and to drive and own decision making
• General understanding of product development concepts and agile techniques and processes
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset with critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to tell a story with data to influence decision making, with guidance
