A Wisconsin real estate developer is hunting for companies to anchor a big project it s planning in the Illinois Medical District, betting the Near West Side health care-centric campus is poised for growth coming out of the COVID-19 crisis.

Wood St. in the southern portion of the IMD. The study was co-led by Angela Thurman and Leonard Abbeduto from the UC Davis MIND Institute and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. It focused on language as an outcome measure to detect meaningful changes in communication skills of individuals with Down syndrome. It successfully tested and validated ELS as a reliable set of procedures for collecting, measuring and analyzing the spoken language of participants interacting in a naturalistic setting.

A pair of incumbents on the Arlington Heights village board appear headed to reelection victories, set to be joined by two newcomers, according to unofficial results Tuesday night.
With all 60 precincts reporting, Jim Bertucci tallied 5,715 votes, Trustee Jim Tinaglia had 5,684, Trustee Rich Baldino had 5,335, and Nicolle Grasse had 5,237, unofficial results showed.
They were trailed by Will Beiersdorf with 3,496 votes and Wendy Dunnington with 3,239.
