DartPoints acquires Immedion for US data centre expansion
16 March 2021 | Abigail Opiah Edge colocation owner DartPoints has signed definitive agreements to acquire Immedion, a provider of colocation, cloud, and managed services with eight data centres in seven markets throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio and Indiana.
The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021. The agreement to acquire Immedion is set to push DartPoints’ vision and capabilities to bring edge interconnection colocation and data centres further into tier 2 and tier 3 markets.

He currently serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors of AT&T, Inc. He also serves on the boards of Yale University, MetLife, Inc. and Ford Motor Company. His undergraduate degree is from Stanford University. He received a law degree from Yale Law School.
