After weeks of research, experimentation and preparation, on 26th March 2021 the duo will finally come together in Madison’s kitchen to celebrate culinary craftsmanship and their shared spirit of adventure. The experimental seven-course menu will open with tantalising bite-sized appetisers such as crab with rosella and pumpkin with goat’s cheese and orange, before moving on to the mains: chicken liver with beetroot, cherry, apple and walnut; Chilean sea bass; cinnamon-smoked duck breast with tamarind; and dry-aged Wagyu striploin. Singapore s first garden-in-a-hotel welcomes guests
One year after Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) unveiled more details on the rebranded ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay, the group s garden-in-a-hotel property has officially opened in December.
Following a S$45 million (US$33.9 million) renovation, the 21-storey hotel is part of PPHG s official launch of the new ParkRoyal Collection Hotels & Resorts brand which touts sustainability and well-being as its two main pillars.
Guests can expect a swathe of amenities and architecture reflecting eco-friendliness, well-being and iconic design. This includes a four-storey high sky bridge amid a treetop walk experience with pavilions hidden, and a further 370sqm of lush gardens, 13m green wall, and more than 2,400 trees, scrubs and ground covers that function as natural air purifiers.

The latest tenant to grace the courtyard of Bangkok’s Anantara Siam hotel, VIVID by Verita Health is an IV drip bar where you can sit back, relax, and get an instant boost from a bag full of vitamins and nutrients provided you’re not put off by needles. Billed as “the perfect pit-stop for busy go-getters seeking instant cellular rejuvenation,” the facility offers a variety of intravenous cocktails formulated to combat jet lag, relieve hangovers, beat fatigue, and boost brain function and the immune system. Most sessions last 40 minutes, but if that sounds too long, the treatment menu also includes quick-fix booster shots and IV pushes, in which infusions are “pushed” into your bloodstream with a syringe. Either way, you’ll get the point.

Nature is the master of materials for Lotus Arts de Vivre, whose masterpiece jewellery collection was recently unveiled for the 2020 holiday season.
Carved coconut necklace with diamonds, pearls and green tsavorites.
The highlight pieces are made from coconut shell and adorned with pearls and precious stones. White button pearls, green Panchshir emeralds and tsavorites embellish a pair of carved coconut earrings covered in gold leaf, while another pair sparkles with diamonds and tsavorites.
They are matched with majestic necklaces. One design evokes roots as well as leaves and flowers decorated with Scarab wings.
