Project Description: The Center on Human Trafficking Research & Outreach’s African Programming and Research Initiative to End Slavery (APRIES) at the University of Georgia in the US is seeking a consultant to advise a program to combat human trafficking in Guinea. APRIES manages a grant from the U.S. Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons to estimate and reduce the prevalence of child trafficking in Guinea. The overall goals of our project are to measurably reduce child trafficking in Boke and Mamou areas of Guinea through the following objectives:
Collect, analyze, and establish robust baseline data on the prevalence of child trafficking in Boke and Mamou areas of Guinea.
