Saskatchewan is once again limiting all indoor private gatherings to members of immediate households only as the province’s COVID-19 caseload takes a turn for the worse.
The reversal comes just over a month after Premier Scott Moe relaxed public health orders and allowed private gathering of up to 10 people to meet under one roof. Since then, Regina has become a national hotspot for a more virulent, deadly strain of COVID-19 that has since spread to Saskatoon, Weyburn, Moose Jaw and Estevan, among other communities.
