The state s peak doctors body has sounded the alarm over Western Australia s struggling healthcare system, claiming emergency departments were over-capacity and hospitals were riddled with bed block preventing the quick treatment of patients seeking care.
A crisis meeting about emergency care access was held on Monday between the Australian Medical Association WA, the Department of Health and other healthcare agencies including St John Ambulance.

AMA WA president Andrew Miller said elderly West Australians who had fallen were left waiting prolonged periods for ambulances to arrive, while St John had told them sick babies could wait for hours before being seen by an emergency department doctor.

completion of a G2G Pass declaration, stipulating they do not have any COVID-19 symptoms and which jurisdictions the traveller has been in over the previous 14 days;
