The Temiskaming OPP has charged two North Bay residents for being in contravention of the recently implemented “Stay at Home Order”, under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA).
Police officials say on April 20th shortly after 10:00 p.m. members from the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a call for an alleged unlawful gathering at a residence on Jaffray Street in Temiskaming Shores.
