Those districts are: Badin, Ghotki, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Khairpur, Qambar-Shahdadkot, Sanghar, Tharparkar, Sujawal and Umerkot. The Sindh government is working with World Bank assistance for this Rs4 billion programme. It will target 20,000 households in the 10 districts. The household will pay for half of the system and the rest will be covered by the government. 

Sindh restricts public movement after 8pm to contain cases - Newspaper

KARACHI: The Sindh government has decided to restrict unnecessary movement of people, on foot or in vehicles, after 8pm from Tuesday (today) in the wake of an alarming spike in Covid-19 cases in the province. The decision to this effect was taken at an extensive sitting of the Provincial Task Force, which was chaired by Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, held at CM House on Monday. The meeting was told that during the past 24 hours, Sindh had detected 1,529 new cases, Punjab reported 802 more cases, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 470, Islam­abad 106, Azad Jammu and Kashmir 69, Balochistan 66 and Gilgit-Baltistan 18. This showed that Sindh had the highest number of Covid-19 cases in the country, the chief minister said.
