March 3, 2021 Michael S. Frawley was sentenced to 150 months in prison for conspiring to distribute at least 500 grams of cocaine and K2 controlled substances (Schedule I synthetic cannabinoids) while on federal supervised release in 2018, Acting United States Attorney Stephen R. Kaufman announced today.

BOSTON A former member of the New Bedford Chapter of the Massachusetts Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation (“Latin Kings”) pleaded guilty this week to racketeering charges, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Kevin Guadalupe, aka “King K-Milly,” 19, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to conduct enterprise affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity, more commonly referred to as RICO conspiracy. U.S. Senior District Court Judge Rya W. Zobel scheduled sentencing for June 10, 2021.
The news release said that Guadalupe admitted to participating in an unarmed robbery committed in November 2019 by members of the Latin Kings in New Bedford. During the robbery, which was captured on video, the victim was chased down in the middle of a busy street, thrown to the ground and kicked and beaten by six members of the Latin Kings. San Francisco Bay Area’s top federal prosecutor is out of office, answering Biden’s call for Trump-appointed US attorneys to resign

SAN FRANCISCO David Anderson, the San Francisco attorney who spent two years as the top federal prosecutor in the San Francisco Bay Area, has left office in response to President Joe Biden’s widespread call for Trump-appointed U.S. attorneys to vacate.
An East Stroudsburg man has been sentenced to 17-and-a-half years imprisonment for his role in a a northeastern Pennsylvania sex trafficking operation.
On Friday, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that William “Buck” Battle, 29, had received a sentence of 210 months from U.S. District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion for participating in a conspiracy that forced or coerced women into prostitution.
Mannion also ordered Battle to serve five years of supervised release following his sentence, and to comply with sex offender registration and notification requirements.
According to Acting United States Attorney Bruce D. Brandler, in Aug. 2019, Battle pled guilty to conspiring with other to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion between 2011 and 2015.
