The Thunder Bay District Jail
TORONTO – Two companies have been pre-qualified and invited to bid on the proposed 325-bed Thunder Bay Correctional Complex project.
EllisDon Infrastructure Justice and Fengate PCL Progress Partners are listed on the Ontario Infrastructure site.
In a release issued on Thursday, the province says the two teams were selected “based on criteria identified in a request for qualifications process that began in March 2018. Selection criteria included design, construction and maintenance, as well as the financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and scope.”
The companies will now prepare proposals on how they will deliver the project.
