All J&K Muslim Conference leaders Dewan Chughtai and Mir Atiq along with key political figure from Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Chaudhry Rashid joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) along with their thousands of associates on Monday.
The development was announced by PTI Chief Organiser Saifullah Khan Nyazee in Islamabad earlier today.
The political leaders expressed full confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan and party’s manifesto, saying that the premier is the only hope for the people of AJK as he represented their cause as ambassador of Kashmir effectively before the world.

MULTAN (Dunya News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Sunday said that inquiry commission formed to probe into the Broadsheet scandal will expose everything and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is not responsible for when and whom signed the Broadsheet agreement.
Talking to media in Multan on Sunday, he said that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) had claimed to overthrow the government but is now fighting for its survival.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the PDM’s artificial and unnatural alliance has been exposed, adding that there is great unrest within the opposition and it is about to disintegrate very soon.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that opposition parties’ decision of not stepping down from legislative assemblies came as no surprise, claiming that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was not willing to sacrifice its government in Sindh.
“Everyone knew that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) would not resign from assemblies as PPP was not interested to leave its government in Sindh,” he said on Saturday while speaking to media in Multan.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan desires peace, stability and prosperity in the region.
Addressing a news conference in Multan today, he said in his telephonic conversation with the US Secretary of State Antony J. Blinklen, he discussed bilateral ties and Afghan Peace Process, emphasizing that the priorities of newly elected US President and Prime Minister Imran Khan are same.
The Foreign Minister assured the US Secretary of States that Pakistan has facilitated the Afghan peace process and is committed to work with United States as partner for peace and to advance common interests.

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K), senior leader of All Pakistan Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Syed Mushtaq Gilani acknowledged the measures taken by Pakistan after India’s illegal actions of August 5 and said now the ugly face of India and its so-called claim of being a secular state had fully been exposed before the world.
In an interview to APP, he said now, it is the prime responsibility of the international community, especially the influential countries, to come forward and play their due role in giving the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir their legitimate right of self-determination, which has been denied since 1947.
