But leaders with the Ports of Indiana are encouraged by an uptick in the delivery of wind farm components. The U.S. Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corp. says overall tonnage during the 2020 navigation season measured 37.7 million metric tons, down 1.7% compared to the 2019 navigation season.
