Police said the man was headed east on Route 286 in Cherryhill Township northeast of Blairsville and was over the fog line when he came up on a disabled box truck on the berm.
Swerving to avoid the truck, the man’s car crossed the center line and struck a westbound vehicle nearly head-on. His car then spun and struck a third vehicle also headed westbound.

IRMC TO OFFER COVID VACCINE TONIGHT IN DOWNTOWN INDIANA By Hometown1
May 20, 2021 | 4:34 AM
The Indiana Regional Medical Center makes another foray into an alternative venue for distributing the covid-19 vaccine tonight. After visiting the Chevy Chase Community Center last week, IRMC will set up a booth tonight to administer vaccinations at Downtown Indiana’s Third Thursday event at IRMC Park on North Seventh Street.
No appointment is necessary to get the vaccine, and it is available to anyone age 12 or over, with those under age 18 needing to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
IRMC Chief Medical Officer Dr. Richard Neff says taking the vaccine to a different location, and in this case an outdoor location on a warm evening, will not be a problem.
