This guidance tells caseworkers how to consider applications from existing workers of overseas businesses with a presence in the UK who wish to enter or remain in the UK to work under the Intra-Company Transfer and Intra-Company Graduate Trainee routes of the points-based system. “You” in this guidance means the caseworker.
