Police are currently at the scene of the incident at premises on Ash Rd.
It was reported to police shortly after 2pm and Worksafe NZ had also been notified.
The person died at the scene.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is chairing a cabinet meeting today. He will preside over the conference to take some important decisions over the corona crisis.
Corona cases are on the rise across the country and calls for a total lockdown are being heard everywhere. Several states have already declared lockdown.
As a result, it appears that the central government will make a crucial decision on the lockdown today.
At the very least, a lockdown can be imposed in areas where the corona intensity is high, and a partial lockdown can be imposed in other areas. There is a lot of interest in today s central cabinet because of this.

The battle over the future of Queen St went to the High Court in Auckland today.
A spokesman for the lobby group Save Queen St said both sides - Save Queen St and Auckland Council - read out their submissions to Justice Geoffrey Venning, who reserved his decision.
