RMWB Looking For Public Feedback on Snye Point Outdoor Event Space

The municipality is planning to create an all-year space in an attempt at drawing in more events for the downtown area. The RMWB is aiming to focus the project on the region’s history, while also including washroom facilities and power structures. “That’s the heart of downtown, if we can get this right then we won’t have to worry about traffic downtown in the middle of Frankin Avenue but the riverfront, to enjoy nature and mother earth,” said Councillor Keith McGrath after Wood Buffalo council approved the project.

(the “issuer”), of $310 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.625% senior secured notes due 2026 (the “notes”) and related guarantees. The issuer used the net proceeds from the offering, together with $22.8 million cash on hand and $15 million of initial borrowings under a $50 million secured asset based revolving credit facility that it entered into concurrently with the issuance of the notes (the “ABL revolver”), to repay in full and terminate its existing credit facilities and to pay related fees and expenses.
