(NASDAQ: CYCC, NASDAQ: CYCCP; Cyclacel or the Company ), a biopharmaceutical company developing innovative medicines based on cancer cell biology, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,807,143 shares of its common stock, offered at a price of $7.00 to the public. A woman has been critically injured while crossing State Highway 10 near Waipapa today.
The accident occurred at 11am just south of Pataka Lane and about 1.5km south of the Waipapa roundabout.
The woman was treated by St John medics then taken by road to Kerikeri Sports Complex, from where she was flown to hospital, still in a critical condition, by the Northland Rescue Helicopter.
