Qatar reports 465 Covid-19 cases on Feb 19

(MENAFN - The Peninsula) Doha: Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) today reported 465 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) and 289 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of people recovered in Qatar to 149,320. Out of 465 new cases, 437 are community cases and 28 from travellers returning from abroad. Till now 256 people succumbed to the virus in Qatar. The total number of positive Covid-19 cases recorded in Qatar is 159,518 and there are 9942 active cases under treatment. 4,842 people were tested for the first time in the last 24 hours (9,989 tests in total) taking the total tests done so far to 1,491,675 tests.
