Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services officials said the woman, who had underlying medical conditions, was hospitalized more than 14 days after completing a vaccination series with the Pfizer vaccine.Sign up for our Newsletters She has not been identified but officials say she was a resident in the Two Rivers Health District. Only one death due to COVID-19 after completing a vaccination series has been identified in our state. Of 2,244 people that have died from COVID-19 in Nebraska, only one of these had been fully vaccinated. This represents 0.0004 or 0.04% of all COVID-19 deaths, a news release from DHHS states.
