At 10:51 am Singapore time (0251 GMT), the ICE Brent June contract was down 49 cents/b (0.74%) from the April 20 settle at $66.08/b, while the June NYMEX light sweet crude contract was 50 cents/b (0.8%) lower at $62.17/b. The API data released late April 20 showed a 436,000-barrel build in US crude inventories for the week ended April 16. The build, while small, put pressure on prices as it was contrary to market expectations of a large draw. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has reaffirmed his country s commitment to strengthen relations with Pakistan in the areas of trade, investment and border management.
He was talking to Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi who called on him at the presidential palace in Tehran on Wednesday.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi in his remarks said both the countries enjoy cordial and strong relations deep rooted in common history, culture, faith and language.
The Foreign Minister thanked the Iranian leadership for consistently supporting the principled stance of Kashmiri people.

The European Union’s coordinator says progress has been made in talks over the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, although more work is needed.
Bearing out his assessment, Tehran has repeated that it will not accept a “sequenced” approach linking American re-entry to the agreement, lifting of US sanctions, and an Iranian return to compliance with the provisions.
Mora, who is brokering the indirect talks between Iran, the US, and the powers in the agreement (UK, France, Germany, Russia, and China), said meetings in Vienna will resume next week after delegations hold consultations in their national capitals.
