More judges are no doubt set to be Ru-vealed at a later stage, including Dawn French – who confirmed her appearance back in October. They did originally ask me if I would be a full-time judge, but I couldn t – because I just don t live in London, she said at the time. But I am going to be a guest judge in a couple of weeks.
She also spoke about filming precautions amid COVID-19, adding: I think there s going to be sort of Perspex between each judge kind of thing, so I won t be able to touch Ru. That s a shame, because I really do want to touch Ru!

Digital Spy, Divina admitted she found the return to set initially quite stressful following her own experience on the show, though thankfully it turned out to be joyous in the end. It was the actual set, she revealed. Obviously, they fumigated and did all of the spraying and everything. That s just because of me [laughs]. But it was on the set. I was really stressed about that. Here’s the big reveal you’ve been waiting for: BBC and World of Wonder have unveiled the first batch of guest judges for RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season two.
Back on the BBC for 10 brand new episodes starting 14 January, Drag Race UK will be inviting some of Britain’s most beloved stars to the judging panel alongside RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Graham Norton, and Alan Carr.
Iconic actress Liz Hurley, musician MNEK (who will be returning after appearing last season in the girl band episode), actress and singer Sheridan Smith, model Jourdan Dunn, TV queen Lorraine Kelly who featured on Snatch Game last season, and beloved icon Gemma Collins, will all be appearing in the second season.
Darlington drag queen part of Ru Paul s Drag Race UK line up A DARLINGTON drag queen is joining RuPaul and eleven other contestants in season two of the UK show, coming to BBC Three in January. Darlington club kid Cherry Valentine, 26, pays homage to the town s clocktower in a video introducing herself as a Drag Race contestant. Ms Valentine, a qualified as a mental health nurse who also expected to follow in her dad s footsteps and fix cars, says her best drag talent is being in full dress with ten-inch heels and being able to drive 45 minutes to the gig.
Hurley said: “I had a great time being a guest judge on the first episode. I really enjoyed seeing all these girls working so hard. There are a lot of beautiful costumes, hard work and a lot of talent.”
She added: “My whole family is obsessed with the show and would have disowned me if I hadn’t said yes to being a judge”.
The 12 queens competing to be crowned the winner are Tayce, Joe Black, A’Whora, Tia Kofi, Ellie Diamond, Sister Sister, Veronica Green, Bimini Bon Boulash, Ginny Lemon, Asttina Mandella, Cherry Valentine and Lawrence Cheney.
