The 10-year-old boy, Ishmael Abdallah, who was allegedly murdered at Kasoa in the Central Region for money rituals is to be buried tomorrow, Thursday, April 8, 2021.
This is according to the spokesperson for the Family, Samed Akalilu.
According to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), Mr Akalilu said the family was preparing feverishly to take the body from the Police for burial on Wednesday in line with Islamic religion but proved futile.
“Yesterday, when we went to Court, our expectation was that the body of Ishmael would be given to us but unfortunately, it could not happen.”
He, however, added that the family is positive about receiving the corpse to be buried.

A fetish priestess has been arrested in connection with the killing of the 10-year-old boy at Kasoa in the Central Region.
She was arrested at Amanase near Suhum in the Eastern Region by a team of police officers, Graphic Online has gathered.
She is to assist with investigations into the alleged ritual murder of the 10year old boy at Kasoa.
The Central Regional Police Public Relations Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ms Irene Oppong told Graphic Online that a case docket has been handed over to Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters of the Ghana Police Service.
The Awutu Ofankor District Court on Tuesday remanded the two teenagers who allegedly killed a 10-year-old boy into police custody.
The suspects, Felix Nyarko, 16, and Nicholas Kini, 18, allegedly murdered Ishmael Mensah Abdallah for money rituals.
The two have narrated how they gruesomely ended the young life of Ishmael.
