The singer’s court-appointed attorney,
Sam Ingham made the request during a virtual court hearing on Tuesday (April 27th).
E! reports that Superior Court
Judge Brenda Penny scheduled a June 23rd hearing on the status on the conservatorship.
Additionally, Britney’s father
Lynne for objecting to $890,000 in legal fees linked to the singer’s conservatorship.
According to documents obtained by
TMZ, Jamie’s attorneys at Holland & Knight LLP claim that the fees are the legitimate and that Lynne is causing undue delay and expense while “stirring up more unnecessary media attention.”

On Thursday afternoon, L.A. County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny ruled that wealth management and investment advisory firm Bessemer Trust will continue to act as co-conservator of Britney Spears’ estate alongside her father, Jamie Spears. The decision is consistent with her earlier ruling in November but still was widely celebrat
