On Tuesday evening, residents spoke with Moultrie City Council both about prior problems at the location and about what some saw as a lack of due process in the revocation. According to law enforcement reports, Elleven17, a restaurant at 1520 S. Main St., had been rented out Saturday evening, Jan. 9, for what was described as a birthday party, but it was in essence a rap concert with a cover charge. Early in the morning of Jan. 10, a fight broke out inside the restaurant.

Namibia: ReconAfrica begins 450 km 2D seismic program in the Kavango Basin 21 Jan 2021 Reconnaissance Energy Africa (ReconAfrica) has commenced the permitting process for the acquisition of 450 kms of 2D seismic data in the deep Kavango Basin in the Kalahari Desert of North East Namibia. To execute the program, the Company has contracted Polaris Natural Resources, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As a result of a competitive bidding process, ReconAfrica has contracted Polaris Natural Resources Inc, Canada’s longest standing seismic company to provide acquisition services for its first 2D seismic program. Polaris has conducted over 1,000 seismic projects since 1996 and introduced the first ‘low impact seismic crew’ into Africa in 2008.
