Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company as at 28 April 2021 was 313.7p including estimated current period revenue and 306.9p excluding current period revenue.
This is based on 37,042,725 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of 64,509,642 Ordinary Shares less 27,466,917 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Many holiday and tourist destinations across Europe are putting revival plans in place in an attempt to boost the continent s travel and tourism sector, which has been severely impacted by the novel coronavirus pandemic.
According to the World Travel and Tourism Council s annual Economic Impact Report, the sector suffered a massive loss of almost $4.5 trillion in 2020 due to the pandemic.

India set another global record in new virus cases today, with another 375,000 people infected, as the country gears up to open its vaccination rollout to all adults on Saturday.
It now has reported more than 18.3 million cases, behind only the United States. The health ministry also reported 3,645 deaths in the last 24-hour period, bringing India s total to 204,832, according to the health ministry. Experts believe both figures are an undercount, but it s unclear by how much.
