If you’ve visited the legislature grounds this month, you may be wondering why the display of Christmas lights seems less festive this year.
The work of putting up lights and decorations has been slowed by COVID-19, but many have already been strung up around the legislature grounds and the government is expecting to put up the same amount of decorations this year as in years past.
