Article content The Winnipeg public service is asking the City for an additional $16.5 million to complete the South End Sewage Treatment Plant (SESTP), which is expected to be in compliance with nutrient removal by year’s end. The original council-approved project budget was $335.6 million. The new total, if the ask is approved by city councillors, is $352.1 million.
