Incident commander Karl Hagerman – COVID situation in Petersburg right now, still at low risk, four active cases, all travel related, people who have left Petersburg, returned here and since tested positive. They were symptomatic and were tested at the airport and at Petersburg Medical Center’s respiratory clinic. They have been directed to isolate and he believes the risk to festival-goers is low.
Petersburg still has a face covering mandate in place. He mentioned the Centers for Disease Control’s latest guidance on fully vaccinated people and masking.
Delaware is no longer ranked at the bottom when it comes to the volume of Payroll Protection Program loans. In earlier rounds of the program, the First State had ranked at the bottom, despite its higher population figure. Still, businesses and other organizations in lightly populated states

WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. - A West Bloomfield couple is accused of stealing almost $150,000 in three separate fraudulent Payroll Protection Program loans.
Adebowale Ajagbe, 46, and Tracy Hall, 38, have both been charged with counts of false pretenses, using a computer to commit a crime, uttering and publishing, and conspiracy.
A release from Attorney General Dana Nessel detailed how both acquired tens of thousands of dollars through PPP loans that had false information about businesses that were listed on the application.
Adebowale Ajagbe, 46, and Tracy Hall, 38, both from Bloomfield Hills, have each been charged with two counts of false pretenses $20,000 less than $50,000, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, two counts of uttering and publishing and conspiracy to commit false pretenses.
