Texas State renewed its habitat conservation pact with the City of San Marcos and Edwards Aquifer Authority last week.
A contract between Texas State University, the City of San Marcos and the Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) for habitat conservation was approved by The Texas State University System Board of Regents during its quarterly meeting Dec. 12.
