UM Athletics Will See Full Capacity Crowds For The 21-22 Season
Great news for sports fans and capacity limitations are quickly dissolving.
Due to the recent updates from the State of Michigan, more fans will be allowed to attend 2021-2022 athletic events at the University of Michigan! This is great news as we are all extremely ready to get back to games, concerts, events, and more.
Starting on Tuesday, June 1st, all outdoor capacity limits will be removed, which does include sporting events. Indoor capacities will increase to 50%. Starting on July 1st, all broad COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted. As for now, the University of Michigan will continue with their face coverings protocol for indoors, university transportation, and outdoors if in groups of 100 or more.

Luke Duncanson tragically took his own life on October 29, 2014. A freshman at Grand Blanc High School at the time, Luke was excited to play lacrosse for his very first year. Immediately after his passing, family, friends, and the entire community rallied to not only bring awareness to the issue of suicide, but also to make sure that Luke s memory was kept alive in a positive and empowering way.
Luke s Legacy is Born
With a focus on letting young people realize their worth and realize that they matter, the Luke Duncanson Legacy Memorial Foundation was established in 2015. Their mission is simple, but so incredibly important.
