Updated: 10:18 PM EDT Jul 13, 2021 WXII12.com Web Staff Investigators with the High Point Police Department have made an arrest in an early morning homicide.Officers responded to a shots fired call in the 500 block of Radford St. around 2:15 a.m. They canvassed the area and found a 15-year-old boy lying beside a home.Investigators said the teen was shot twice in the chest and once in the arm. He was taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center where he died roughly three hours later. The boy s name has not been released.Police transported three other juveniles related to the incident to the Police Department for questioning, but they did not cooperate. Investigators also said they were unable to get a detailed account of the events that led to the shooting.Detectives later identified a person of interest a short time later. HIGH POINT, N.C. A 15-year-old was shot to death in High Point early Tuesday morning.
Police were called around 2:15 a.m. to the 500 block of Radford Street for reports of shots fired. Officers searched the area for nearly 15 minutes before they found a 15-year-old boy lying next to a home with two gunshot wounds to his chest and another to his arm.
