Catherine Mortensen) – Since the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, the Biden administration’s Department of Justice has engaged in what appears to be a pattern of civil rights abuses against anyone who doesn’t accept the woke agenda or is a Trump supporter. Most recently, the FBI raided the home of former Mayor and Trump advisor Rudy Giuliani. In an exclusive interview with Fox News, Giuliani said the government is trying to frame him.
Giuliani said the agents showed him a search warrant that “sought the electronics in my apartment and purported to be about an alleged violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, FARA, for failure to file as a foreign agent on behalf of an unnamed Ukrainian official.”

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) In a lawsuit claiming Facebook conspired with the federal government to squelch an anti-vaccine group’s speech, a federal judge on Wednesday questioned whether the state can work with private companies to combat misinformation without violating the First Amendment.
Senior U.S. District Judge Susan Illston oversees a lawsuit brought by Children’s Health Defense (CHD), a Georgia nonprofit founded by vaccine skeptic Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The group publishes information about supposed harms associated with vaccines and 5G wireless networks, which critics have denounced as conspiracy theories and misinformation.
In January 2019, Facebook started slapping warning labels on content posted on CHD’s Facebook page, including in September that year when the social media giant posted a message directing users to seek “reliable, up-to-date information” about vaccines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. , which claims that Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and three fact-checking outfits censor what CHD believes to be important public health posts and engage in racketeering activities against CHD. A ruling is expected soon.
According to CHD s Complaint, Facebook has conflicts with the Pharmaceutical industry and government health agencies and has economic stakes in telecom and 5G. Facebook currently censors CHD s page, targeting its purge against factual information about vaccines, 5G and public health agencies. Facebook-owned Instagram deplatformed CHD Board Chair Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on February 10 without notice or explanation in the current climate censoring anyone who questions the Pharma/Tech agenda or the safety of COVID vaccines.
