THE independent charity Crimestoppers has launched an appeal for anonymous information to urgently find three men, who are originally from Albania, and wanted for questioning over a murder in Cardiff. The body of 23-year-old Tomasz Waga was found by a member of the public in Westville Road, Penylan, late on Thursday, January 28. It’s believed that he had travelled from Dagenham in east London to Newport Road in Cardiff where a disturbance took place an hour before his body was found. He died as a result of a sustained assault. A cannabis factory was found at the property and his death is believed to be linked to organised crime.
